Marie-Anne Keeffe (MAK) is a media consultant with a rare skill of extensive experience in television, radio and print.
An award winning journalist, she has worked as a producer and reporter on some of Australia's top rating radio and television programs and has intimate knowledge of life behind and in front of the camera and microphone. From election reporting in war-torn South Africa to witnessing Perth's first dog wedding, MAK has covered a broad spectrum of contemporary media.
As an Executive Producer of Channel Seven's primetime current affairs program Today Tonight, MAK has more than a decade of experience in hard-hitting current affairs and news. An experienced MC, facilitator and speaker, Marie-Anne specialises in corporate strategic communications, crisis management and is an expert media trainer. She is also a feature writer whose work has been published in high profile and glossy publications including The West Australian, The Sunday Times and Marie Claire magazine
With a law degree and a keen interest in media ethics, MAK is also a sought-after media commentator on radio news panels and an adviser to Government and the private sector. Having lost both her parents in recent years to cancer, Marie-Anne is a proud Director of the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australian where she hopes her work will make a difference to the lives of other women.
